Every FoldifyCase is engineered around a specific hinge geometry. We cover the full Galaxy Z Fold line (Fold3, Fold4, Fold5, Fold6) and Galaxy Z Flip line (Flip3, Flip4, Flip5, Flip6). Each product page shows exact compatibility — if your model isn't listed, message us and we'll confirm.
How long does shipping take?
USA: 3–5 business days (free shipping on all orders). UK & EU: 4–7 business days. Rest of world: 7–14 business days. Orders placed before 1pm local time ship the same day.
You'll get a tracking link the moment your order is dispatched.
What's your return and exchange policy?
30-day no-questions-asked exchange on every unused case. If the colour or finish isn't right, we'll swap it. For returns, you have 30 days from delivery — just reach out and we'll send a prepaid label.
Is hinge damage covered under the warranty?
Yes. Our 12-month product warranty covers any manufacturing defect, including hinge mechanism failure on our Fold-series cases. It does not cover accidental damage to your phone itself — but the whole point of FoldifyCase is keeping that from happening in the first place.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. If you created an account at checkout, you can also track everything under Account → Orders. Lost the email? Just message us with your order number.
How do I install my FoldifyCase?
Every case ships with a printed install guide and a video QR. Most installs take under 60 seconds — open the fold halfway, snap the back first, fold it closed to seat the hinge, then snap the front. If anything feels off, send us a photo and our team will walk you through it.
